We rent equipment from Piergallini every year to use at our camp. Pickup and delivery is always on time and the equipment has always been well maintained and in great working order. Their pricing is more than fair and they have never tried to bill us back for misc. dents or dings. We will continue to use them in the future. Keep up the good work guys.
I purchased a front end loader off of Piergallini. When delivered, the driver grumbled that I wanted to test the machine because he wanted to get home. Regrettably, I purchased the machine. One week later I noticed some items not operating correctly, when I called to voice my complaint, they simply stated I bought a used machine and it was my problem. This place has terrible customer service. They do not care about their customers. I strongly recommend buying elsewhere.
These guys are idiots, was promised a batwing mower for the weekend, went to pick one up and magically they don't have any! Awesome scheduling!
Tried to rent a manlift, with the deal that they would be on the job site by 8 am. Called at 9:30 they said they had some troubles would be there in an hour. Called them at 11:30 they said they are picking it up it would be there in 2 hours. After I chewed them out they told me they are not bringing it at all because I was an ass. They have cost my crew of 4 an entire day and then had the nerve to tell me I'm an ass without so much as a sorry. If you are a business owner I would encourage you to look elsewhere for equipment rental. Dino rents has no respect for a schedule.
